The European Students` Forum AEGEE-Toruń invites you to an Oxford debate with the participation of Polish and foreign students of the Nicolaus Copernicus University. The future of the European Union will be the theme.
The debate One for all or every country for itself? takes place on January 27th at the NCU Faculty of Law and Administration (address: Bojarskiego 3, Lecture Hall G). The main thesis of the debate is: "Europe should be united" and will be defended by Group A: Răzvan Albu, Jasmin Auerbach, Adam Szeszko and Damian Kubera. Group B, presenting opposite arguments, will include: Salih Akgül, Işık Gülşen Türken, Mikołaj Krzyżanowski and Bartosz Szczepaniak.
Students will discuss whether Brexit is the beginning of the end of the European Union or whether it may be an impulse for further unification. They will also consider what the EU policy towards the migration crisis should look like.
