Responsibilities:
- Coordinate activities related to the evaluation of academic activities.
- Undertaking the development and implementation of the Faculty’s scientific development strategy.
- Coordinating the cooperation and activities of the Faculty’s organisational units in the field of scientific activities.
- Coordinating and supporting the scientific cooperation of the Faculty with other national and international scientific units.
- Coordinate activities related to the development of scientific staff (internships, sabbaticals, etc.).
- Coordinate the publishing policy of the Faculty.
- Coordinating the Faculty’s cooperation with the Interdisciplinary Doctoral School of Social Sciences – Academia Rerum Socialium.
- Performing other duties assigned by the Dean.

Days and times of on-call duty during the 2023/24 holiday period:
Tuesdays from 10 a.m.
On-call duty for part-time students:
On-call duty is for both full-time and part-time students.
Responsibilities:
- Organising, coordinating and supervising the teaching process in the Faculty.
- Supervising the documentation of students’ course of study using the USOS system.
- Overseeing social and welfare matters of the Faculty students.
- Supervising compulsory internships and placements of Faculty students.
- Deciding on individual matters of Faculty students, and in particular issuing individual decisions within the scope of the Rules and Regulations for Studies.
- Co-operating with recruitment committees in the recruitment of candidates for studies conducted at the Faculty.
- Assisting and supporting activities related to the evaluation of teaching and the assessment of the quality of education.
- Liaising with student organisations, including the student government,
- Substantively supervising the activities of the dean’s offices in matters concerning students, doctoral students and postgraduate participants.
- Coordinating matters related to applications for the establishment of new fields of study, specialisations and majors.
- Coordinating matters related to accreditation proceedings.
- Performing other duties assigned by the Dean.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinating day-to-day matters relating to the proper functioning of the Faculty.
- Initiating and coordinating activities related to the promotion of the Faculty and popularisation of science.
- Initiating and coordinating activities related to the Faculty’s cooperation with schools and promotion of its educational offer (initiating cooperation and/or patronage agreements).
- Informing students and faculty about current opportunities to benefit from foreign travel (internships, placements, summer schools).
- Coordinating matters related to the Erasmus+ programme.
- Coordinating matters related to the organisation of scientific conferences.
- Overseeing and coordinating management control within the Faculty.
- Implementing and coordinating activities for the integration of the Faculty community.
- Performing other duties assigned by the Dean.

Responsibilities:
- Initiating and coordinating the Faculty’s cooperation with the socio-economic environment (including coordinating cooperation within the Employer Forum).
- Initiating and coordinating the Faculty’s cooperation with professional self-governments, Faculty alumni and their organisations.
- Initiating and implementing contracts, agreements and programmes concerning cooperation with the socio-economic environment.
- Preparing estimates, financial plans and departmental accounts.
- Monitoring the financial status and ensuring the liquidity of the Faculty on an ongoing basis.
- Monitoring the legitimacy of the expenditure of the Faculty’s organisational units.
- Preparing recommendations on necessary investments and current purchases for the Faculty.
- Coordinating matters related to incentive systems for employees (awards, scholarships, allowances, etc.).
- Overseeing the settlement of teaching loads of academic teachers and the settlement of teaching activities under civil law contracts.
- Supervising the activities of student research clubs.
- Performing other duties assigned by the Dean.
