Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate activities related to the evaluation of academic activities.
  2. Undertaking the development and implementation of the Faculty’s scientific development strategy.
  3. Coordinating the cooperation and activities of the Faculty’s organisational units in the field of scientific activities.
  4. Coordinating and supporting the scientific cooperation of the Faculty with other national and international scientific units.
  5. Coordinate activities related to the development of scientific staff (internships, sabbaticals, etc.).
  6. Coordinate the publishing policy of the Faculty.
  7. Coordinating the Faculty’s cooperation with the Interdisciplinary Doctoral School of Social Sciences – Academia Rerum Socialium.
  8. Performing other duties assigned by the Dean.

We would like to kindly inform you that on-call duties for full-time and part-time students take place on the dates and times indicated, both in a stationary form and remotely on the Microsoft Teams platform: raczka@o365.umk.pl.

Days and times of on-call duty during the winter semester 2024/25:
Mondays from 12 a.m.

On-call duty is for both full-time and part-time students.

Responsibilities:

  1. Organising, coordinating and supervising the teaching process in the Faculty.
  2. Supervising the documentation of students’ course of study using the USOS system.
  3. Overseeing social and welfare matters of the Faculty students.
  4. Supervising compulsory internships and placements of Faculty students.
  5. Deciding on individual matters of Faculty students, and in particular issuing individual decisions within the scope of the Rules and Regulations for Studies.
  6. Co-operating with recruitment committees in the recruitment of candidates for studies conducted at the Faculty.
  7. Assisting and supporting activities related to the evaluation of teaching and the assessment of the quality of education.
  8. Liaising with student organisations, including the student government,
  9. Substantively supervising the activities of the dean’s offices in matters concerning students, doctoral students and postgraduate participants.
  10. Coordinating matters related to applications for the establishment of new fields of study, specialisations and majors.
  11. Coordinating matters related to accreditation proceedings.
  12. Performing other duties assigned by the Dean.

  1. Coordinating day-to-day matters relating to the proper functioning of the Faculty.
  2. Initiating and coordinating activities related to the promotion of the Faculty and popularisation of science.
  3. Initiating and coordinating activities related to the Faculty’s cooperation with schools and promotion of its educational offer (initiating cooperation and/or patronage agreements).
  4. Informing students and faculty about current opportunities to benefit from foreign travel (internships, placements, summer schools).
  5. Coordinating matters related to the Erasmus+ programme.
  6. Coordinating matters related to the organisation of scientific conferences.
  7. Overseeing and coordinating management control within the Faculty.
  8. Implementing and coordinating activities for the integration of the Faculty community.
  9. Performing other duties assigned by the Dean.

Responsibilities:

  1. Initiating and coordinating the Faculty’s cooperation with the socio-economic environment (including coordinating cooperation within the Employer Forum).
  2. Initiating and coordinating the Faculty’s cooperation with professional self-governments, Faculty alumni and their organisations.
  3. Initiating and implementing contracts, agreements and programmes concerning cooperation with the socio-economic environment.
  4. Preparing estimates, financial plans and departmental accounts.
  5. Monitoring the financial status and ensuring the liquidity of the Faculty on an ongoing basis.
  6. Monitoring the legitimacy of the expenditure of the Faculty’s organisational units.
  7. Preparing recommendations on necessary investments and current purchases for the Faculty.
  8. Coordinating matters related to incentive systems for employees (awards, scholarships, allowances, etc.).
  9. Overseeing the settlement of teaching loads of academic teachers and the settlement of teaching activities under civil law contracts.
  10. Supervising the activities of student research clubs.
  11. Performing other duties assigned by the Dean.
